I just wanted to send my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to you and your team for such incredible customer service and obvious care and dedication to your clientele. From start to finish, the whole purchasing journey was the best I have experienced in recent memory. My drive home to Kingston was worry-free and even fun and if you could please pass on my appreciation to Ed for making the last-minute change of the controls to the other side for me, it was absolutely the right decision. I went to the rink last night, and life-changing is not an exaggeration of this minivan’s (now fondly named The Magic Bus by my son) impact on my day-to-day life.
